New Trading Software

TEFS is proud to introduce its new trading software, for providers referred to TEFS by Tradenet.

The software is at an advanced version stage, available for the providers for evaluation by both TEFS and the providers, in order to allow TEFS to analyze the software performance, identify and fix bugs and other errors and malfunctions, reaction times etc. The provider is requested to notify Tradenet of any bug or malfunction immediately.

The provider acknowledges that new versions of software may be less stable than later versions. This means that some features may not work properly at times, bugs may be found in the system or its performance and the software may crash or become unavailable for times.

In case any bug or malfunction has caused a loss in the account, TEFS may cancel the trade and restore the balance to the account to cover the loss. In case any bug or malfunction has led to a profit in the account, TEFS may cancel the trade and restore the balance to the account and cancel the profit. The Provider is requested to immediately report any bug identified in any trade, whatever losing or profiting trade. TEFS shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether a bug was found in a trade and its decision will be final and binding.

Unfair usage of the software and/or exploitation of any bug, malfunction, error, etc. is forbidden and may result in termination of the Agreement by TEFS.
